About Me

Originally from Miami, of Jamaican descent, Markeith Russell was a college athlete, UFC recovery specialist, and now a firefighter. He has spent the last ten years honing the art of holistic body recovery. Hundreds of clients under his care have experienced less tension, better flexibility, and less stress. His clients' list spans nurses, doctors, other firefighters, single parents, and competitive athletes. He’s helped relieve people suffering from frozen shoulders, post-car accidents, spinal fusions, tennis elbow, and sciatic nerve relief, and he would be honored to help you find comfort from your tension and pain. 

Markeith Russell is a proud father of four beautiful children, three girls and a son, and a loving wife of almost 8 years. He loves to cook and enjoys time with his family. His favorite sports teams are the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Heat. His preferred board games are chess, life, and mancala. He finds himself being the most comfortable when he is learning something new.
